There is a $7.99 delivery charge on all deliveries by our company trucks with no minimum in most cases.

To Areas in North Carolina and Virginia not serviced by our Company Trucks or Areas serviced by our Company Trucks
on the days we do not deliver. We offer 5 day a week delivery Tue thru Sat. This is primarily a nighttime delivery
service with limited daytime deliveries. There is a nighttime delivery charge of $10.00 ($20.00 if daytime requested)
There is no size limitation. All orders must be received by 2PM to go that day. There is a $100. minimum or you must pay
full fee.

UPS SAME DAY SHIPPING (WERE FAST!!)

We in no case pay the COD Charges which are always $7.50 per package. We in all cases
try where possible to combine all items into as few a packages as possible to save you in
COD fees. You may avoid the COD Charges by opening a charge account (contact us)
or if you don't have a charge account, by using MasterCard, Visa, Discover which you
can give us by phone.

We ship same day. Regular UPS Ground is next day service to all of North Carolina,
South Carolina, Northeast Tennessee, southern Virginia.

Freight is prepaid on $150. orders with the exception of the $7.99 surcharge, on all non oversize packages.
Oversize items will be charged the full shipping charge plus $7.99 surcharge.

International customers will be charged the full shipment cost. This also includes any US areas
outside the continental USA (48 contigous states). Customer is responsible for all fees, taxes,
duties, customs fees.



FREIGHT LINES, PRIORITY MAIL:

Freight is prepaid on all orders of $500.00 or more to a single destination at one time.
COD charges if applicable are not prepaid. We reserve the right to determine the
carrier unless customer is willing to pay the charges.

RETURNS

We handle all returns, defective or otherwise. No returns accepted unless you call
and get written or verbal authorization and we have that on file. We do not charge
handling charges if return is made within 30 days. After that time, returns are subject
to handling charges from 15% to 25%, according to time you have had and other
factors. You are limited to no more than 5% of your yearly purchases in returns.
You are responsible to pay the freight back and must place a 2 for 1 offsetting order.
Items returned must be in salable condition, not discontinued, not a fad item, not
licensed merchandise, not shopworn or faded packages. Damage claims must be made
by you with the carrier. Warranties are only those expressed by the manufacturer.
Damage or shortage claims must be made within 7 days.
