2. Holidays We Close: New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve
afternoon, Christmas Day and the day after.

ORDER INFORMATION:

When ordering, you can expedite your order more accurately by giving the part number and
brand name and any other needed information. WE DO NOT SELL DIRECT TO THE
PUBLIC AT PRICE AUTOMOTIVE WAREHOUSE INC., but if you are a retail customer
call us and we will connect you to one of our retail outlets. We only sell to businesses in
the business of reselling automotive products. Please Specify method of shipment and price
or discount advertised to ensure proper discount and shipment.

TERMS:

1. COD (Cash only
2. COD (Company Check only with Approval by Credit Department
3. Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) (saves COD Charges if pay with Credit Card)
4. Check with Mail In Order. Allow Check to Clear Bank if not approved in advance.
5. Open Account- Purchases in one month, due on or before 10th of following month.

Past Dues will be shipped COD until account current. Returned Checks will be assessed $20.
Bank Charge for return checks. Future orders are cash only if check is returned. A Finance
charge of 1 1/2% will be assessed all past due accounts.

SPECIAL ORDER POLICY

Special Orders may be handled in two ways:
1. With our regular stocking orders you normally will not be required to pay the freight,
however you will have to wait until we place a regular stocking order.
2. UPS or other way is the fastest way normally. The order will be shipped asap. You
will be charged any freight charges and handling charges. Some discounts may not be
allowed on some product lines due to quantity pricing some factories offer.
